Now, over the years, we’ve come across hundreds of messages and requests from our community. We try to answer all of them, but we did notice that some of the questions are regularly repeated. So, in an effort to spare our weary eyes from reading the same emails over and over again, we thought we’d settle some things once and for all.

Here is what you should keep in mind before sending us a message:

• We are an affiliate-based website with unbiased casino reports. We don’t do paid reviews and never will so there’s no need to send us these requests. The same goes for link and banner exchanges. You’re really just wasting your time.
• If you have a problem with the content or policies of the casinos we recommend, contact their support team directly. We have no influence on it and can’t be held accountable for anything you see or do there.
• The casinos and their offers change on a regular basis. We do our best to update all of our reviews to reflect these changes but we can’t guarantee they are always 100% correct. The only way to be sure is to check the offers on their sites before registering.
• If we don’t respond to your email right away, it doesn’t mean we don’t like you. It just means we’re swamped with work and can’t handle the overflowing inbox. Just give us some time and we’ll get back to you.
